At Nansen primary school we track all children's progress termly, in addition to this for children with additional needs we also:

• Set individual targets using the Birmingham toolkit trackers
• Termly pupil progress meetings with class teachers to discuss progress.
• Reviews of School Support Provision Plans (SSPP)
• Reviews of Education, Health and Care plans (EHCP)

Parents are invited to attend termly parents evening and arranged meetings for children that have SSPP’s or EHCP’s.
